Proximity to subway, bus routes, employment centers, shopping, dining and access to hike/bike trails and county and neighborhood parks are hallmarks of many Silver Spring neighborhoods. The area offers easy commutes to D.C., Bethesda/Rockville, the I-270 corridor, Northern Virginia, Columbia and Baltimore. In our area you’ll find a little bit of everything including a wide variety of single-family homes of all sizes, ages, styles and price ranges, along with a multitude of townhome and condo communities.
